I. Privacy Policy

II. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of web design and development services provided by VisualOrbitCraft, registered at Estrada de Marvila 25, 1950-193 Lisboa, Portugal. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
2.1 Scope of Services. VisualOrbitCraft provides bespoke web design, responsive layout development, micro-interaction engineering, and conversion-optimization services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
2.2 Project Engagement. Projects commence upon receipt of the initial payment as outlined in the service proposal. Milestones and deliverable timelines will be communicated at the start of each project phase.
2.3 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, VisualOrbitCraft assigns to the client all intellectual property rights to the delivered work product, including source code, design assets, and documentation. VisualOrbitCraft retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Client Responsibilities. The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, approved content (text, images, branding assets), and access credentials necessary for project execution. Delays in client-provided materials may affect project timelines.
2.5 Revisions. Each service tier includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur supplementary charges at a rate communicated prior to execution.
2.6 Limitation of Liability. VisualOrbitCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
2.7 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
2.8 Governing Law. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Lisboa.
IV. Refund & Reimbursement Policy
VisualOrbitCraft, based at Estrada de Marvila 25, 1950-193 Lisboa, Portugal, maintains a fair and transparent refund policy for all web design and development services.
4.1 Eligibility. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the project milestone at the time of the request, the work completed, and the reason for the request.
4.2 Pre-Project Cancellation. If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of the initial deposit will be issued within 14 business days.
4.3 Mid-Project Cancellation. If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the milestones completed at the time of cancellation. Work already delivered and accepted will not be refunded.
4.4 Non-Deliverable Services. If VisualOrbitCraft is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.
4.5 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lisboa, Portugal.
